Social Behaviour and Social Environment  Starting Again in April

A series of workshops to facilitate teenagers to explore and identify areas of their life where they experience stress; the impact of that stress and some coping skills to deal with their response to stressors. The workshops aim to help the individual understand their own interaction/communication style. Through these practical workshops drawing on drama techniques students get the opportunity to take onboard suggestions and learning skills.

3 week course from 6.30-8.00pm on Wednesday night starting  again in April  due to popular demand and positive feedback. 
 Cost €50

Suitable age groups 14-15 and 16-17.
